COMPO Italia, the Italian subsidiary of COMPO Group with the headquarter in Germany, started its activity in the consumer segment in 1982. Now the company is leader in marketing plant care products and plant protection products in the specialised gardening market, made by garden centers, agrar centers and DIY chains.

Since 2001 COMPO Italia distributes also GESAL with easy to use products.

The structure is streamlined, divided into 2 poles: commercial, administrative and logistic are located in Cesano Maderno, north of Milan, while the production of potting soils is in Ravenna, near the port.

Although COMPO Italia is a subsidiary of an international Group, the organisation is autonomous and unique in the Group. It is mainly due to the market structure.
